long time nv post rdy i mth post 1 time no time post need post more now le today netball training okok need do static pole for 15s,15s,30s, and 1 min 1 min one is the worst hand very pain then l8r need draw the center pass and throw in Me, kelly, Efes and Sa'adah in one group this week got netball carnival' yy sure gs(: hope yy c tis le wont get... i nothing write le bb:)(:
